TourCWE (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates tourcwe.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or book through our site, how we use it, and your rights as a visitor or guest.

We collect information in two ways:
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, and phone number when you make a booking
- Number of guests and any notes you include with your booking
- Payment information — processed and stored by Bokun, our booking platform (we do not store card data)
Information collected automatically
- Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) collected by Netlify, our hosting provider
- Cookie preferences you set on this site (stored locally in your browser)
2. How we use it
- To confirm, manage, and fulfill your booking
- To communicate with you about your tour (confirmation emails, day-of logistics)
- To respond to inquiries sent to info@tourcwe.com
- To maintain the security and performance of our website
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Bokun — booking platform and payment processor. Bokun stores guest data on our behalf. See Bokun’s Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — website hosting and CDN. Netlify may collect standard server logs. See Netlify’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — typography. Google may log font requests. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies & tracking
This site uses only essential functional cookies. We do not place advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
- tcwe_cookie_consent — stores your cookie preference so we don’t ask again. Expires after 365 days.
- Bokun booking widget — the booking widget may set session cookies to maintain your booking state. These are strictly necessary for the checkout process.
You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to certain types of processing
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@tourcwe.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We retain booking records for up to 3 years for tax and business purposes. Server access logs are retained by Netlify per their standard policies. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time; we will honor such requests unless retention is required by law.

This site is actively being improved. We are aware of the following areas under remediation:
